Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2003

Prior to joining Richardson Commercial, Mr. Guckin was a Vice President at Hopewell Valley Community Bank. He also served the Hamilton and Trenton communities as an Assistant Vice President at Commerce Bank and as a Vice President at CoreStates Bank. In all cases, he produced substantial growth in deposits, consumer and commercial loans. He worked to welcome Old Borough Savings and Constellation Bank customers during the mergers of those two, old-line, banks into the CoreStates family, creating a friendly atmosphere, thereby minimizing deposit run-off
Tom was instrumental in each of the banksý maintaining relationships in the community, particularly through non-profit boards, community organizations, local government and the chamber of commerce. These activities led to his profound interest in community affairs.
As a result, Mr. Guckin has served as president of the Mercer County Division of the American Heart Association and the Capital South Main Street District in Trenton. A Rotarian since 1986, he has also served on the board of directors of the Rotary Clubs of Hamilton Township and Trenton. He is a long-standing member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, serving on the chamberýs membership and golf committees. His deep interest in childrenýs causes are highlighted in his fund raising work with the Sunshine Foundation, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Hamilton Township YMCAýs Capital Campaign, Boys and Girls Club of Mercer Countyýs Capital Campaign, the United Cerebral Palsy Association and others.
Mr. Guckin looks forward to working in commercial real estate in general, and to his association with Richardson Commercial in particular. ýFor years Iýve had an interest in selling commercial real estate. Now I have the opportunity to do so, while maintaining close contact with those Iýve worked with through the years in both business and government. Iým also looking forward to building upon Richardsonýs fine reputation, already in excellent standing in the Central Jersey community.ý
