Richard V. (Dick) Lane: Prior to coming to Richardson Commercial, Dick owned and operated a Automobile Dealership (Lane Volvo) located in the East Windsor area of Mercer County for over twenty eight years. His experiences in the auto industry have been extremely helpful in the transition to the Commercial Real Estate field for his customers, clients, and himself.

Dick is a senior associate with Richardson Commercial LLC Realtors, and has fourteen years of expertise in all facets of the business. His main areas of concentration are in the sales of land, business of all types and sizes, warehouses, manufacturing properties and leases of long and short terms from 860ý square feet for to 66,000ý square feet. His clientele range from the small mom and pop company up to and including Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies.
