Guy Verde
Guy Verde has been in real estate since 1983. He began as a Richardson residential sales associate, and made the switch to Richardson Commercial Realtors in 1989.
In his current role as broker-salesman, Verde works with Michael Pratico, Sr., president of RCR, to sell and lease commercial properties, including office, industrial and apartment buildings. Verde has found success by using basic follow-up to sell a property or secure a listing. ýI have also found that honesty with clients saves time, and all but assures client loyalty.ý
Verde joined RCR because, ýit is the most professional and successful office in Mercer County.ý He belongs to the National Association of Realtors, as well as other trade associations.
Before entering the real estate arena, Verde worked as a court stenographer, having graduated from the Cittone School of Court Reporting. He grew up in North Trenton, graduating from Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ.
He and his wife Beverly reside in Hamilton, NJ. Their daughter and son-in-law have a son, and are about to become parents for a second time.
