Langellotti has had a lengthy and impressive career in real estate and real estate appraisal, having worked for the State of New Jersey in many capacities, including stints at the NJ Division of Taxation, Treasury Department; the NJ Department of Transportation, Right-of-Way Bureau; the NJ Division of Coastal Resources, Bureau of Tidelands, and the Department of Environmental Protection. He has also served as a Real Estate Broker, Salesman and Appraiser for several Mercer County Realty firms, including a past alliance with Richardson.

He is certified by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, designated as an SRA (formerly an SRPAýSenior Real Property Appraiser). He is also certified by Purdue University to teach introductory real estate appraisal.

A graduate of Trenton Catholic High School and Rider College (majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate), Mr. Langellotti took the extensive Right-of-Way Investigator course given by the NJ Department of Transportation, in which he attained the highest grade among his classmates. He has also attended numerous seminars and symposiums in the field.

Langellotti served in the U.S. Naval Reserve, and has also served a term of active duty in the U.S. Navy, and a tour of active duty in Washington, D.C. as a Third Class Petty Officer.
